There are strong links between the churches and the schools in the villages, and during holiday times the church often runs clubs for the children. On a regular basis there is a group for pre-school children – Time4Tots; one for primary age children – Time4Jam and Sunday Club. We try to encourage children to help when we have family services and to encourage them not only to come, but also to take part  and select songs, write prayers and be really involved in the service.

TIME4JAM is a group that meets after school hours on a Monday afternoon in Leonard Stanley CE VA school. We are very grateful to the head teacher for his support in the running of this group. The children are able to do craft activities, learn some songs and have a good time as they learn about the Christian faith together.  (PICTURES)
